Welcome. We are the experts on food and nutrition and offer a range of innovative services to individuals and businesses.  Founded in 2001 by Dietitians Matt Lim and Kellie Gonano, we are based in Brisbane, Australia and offer online and locally delivered services. 

  

Since being diagnosed with an autoimmune Thyroid Disorder, Matt has created an evidence-based program to help others get on top of their personal thyroid health battles.

Matt's goal is to help individuals get the upper hand against their thyroid condition and restore optimal health and wellness.
